The Booking Process

This is how the booking process works...

Step 1

Submit an online quote request, or call us.

Step 2

We will contact you to confirm any outstanding details if required.

Step 3

You will be provided with a no obligation quote via email.

Step 4

If you decide to go ahead, a travel itinerary will be sent to you via email detailing every aspect of your trip.

Step 5

To confirm your booking, a 10% deposit is required - this is payable via bank transfer. Please read our Terms & Conditions. You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of payment.

Step 6

We will call you 2-3 days before your trip to re-confirm all details of your journey(s).

Step 7

The outstanding balance is payable on the date of your departure trip. This can be paid cash directly to the driver, via bank transfer or by card on the day. Please read our Terms & Conditions.
